CASL Notice

We send CEMs only where we have:

• Express consent obtained through opt-in on our forms; or
• Implied consent based on an existing business relationship as defined by CASL.

Where consent is implied by a relationship, we rely on it only for the period permitted by CASL.

Our forms include clear opt-in language such as:

• "I agree to receive commercial electronic messages from GFI Canada."
• "I have read and agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions."

Consent is never bundled with unrelated requests.

Every CEM we send identifies GFI Canada as the sender and includes:

• Our legal name and, where applicable, operating name
• Physical mailing address
• A working email address and/or telephone number
• A prominent unsubscribe mechanism

You may withdraw consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any of our messages or by emailing privacy@canadagfi.ca. Unsubscribe requests are actioned within 10 business days, as required by CASL.

We maintain records of the source, form and date of every consent, together with the date any consent was withdrawn, for at least three years in accordance with best practice.
