You may cancel or reschedule any consultation up to 4 hours before the scheduled time using the link in your confirmation email. For same-day changes, please contact us directly.

Recurring no-shows may result in a temporary pause on future bookings so we can serve other clients efficiently.

Consultations and educational content offered through this Website are provided at no cost. As a result, there are typically no fees to refund. Where any paid product, event ticket or training program is offered, its specific refund terms will be disclosed at checkout and govern that transaction.

We do not sell or ship physical products directly through this Website. Any policy documents, contracts or physical materials are delivered by the applicable insurance carrier or financial institution.

Where paid programs or events are offered, payments are processed by regulated third-party providers using industry-standard encryption. We do not store full payment-card details on our systems.
